Delo suggests EU capitulated before Orban

Ljubljana, 1 June - The newspaper Delo finds that debate on embargo on Russian oil has shown the EU's vulnerability describing the exception granted to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban as the bloc's capitulation.
