TEŠ trial proceeds under same judge
Celje, 21 September - The trial in alleged bribery scheme in the construction of a EUR 1.4 billion generator at the TEŠ thermal power plant in Šoštanj continued at the Celje District Court on Wednesday, with court president Petra Giacomelli throwing out all the requests for the exclusion of judge Mojca Turinek from the case.
