Court upholds EUR 23m fine on General Electric
Celje, 3 October - The Celje District Court has ordered General Electric to pay a EUR 23 million fine in a case linked to an alleged bribery scheme in the construction of the EUR 1.4 billion unit 6 at the Šoštanj coal-fired power plant (TEŠ) as agreed by the legal successor to the main contractor Alstom Power in a plea bargain.
