Fifteen candidates running for mayor of Maribor
Maribor, 20 October - Maribor, Slovenia's second biggest city, will have 15 candidates vying for mayor at the upcoming election on 20 November. Also in the running are incumbent Saša Arsenovič and Franc Kangler, who served as Maribor mayor between 2006 and 2012, when he was forced to resign by fierce anti-corruption protests.
