Workers' organisation initiates referendum on changes to SSH act

Ljubljana, 2 November - Representatives of the Association of Works Councils of Slovenia (ZSDS) initiated on Wednesday a referendum on amendments to the act on Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH), the custodian of state assets. They oppose the new law on the grounds that it does not respect the constitutional right of employees to participate in corporate governance.
