Večer says local elections not unimportant for parties

Ljubljana, 7 November - The newspaper Večer comments on the upcoming local elections on Monday, saying that alliances between independents and parties are not completely insignificant. They will mark the functioning of municipal councils and the local political relations in general, including in relation to the national level, the paper says.
