Janković looking at 5th term as Ljubljana mayor

Ljubljana, 10 November - Zoran Janković is on course to win his 5th term as Ljubljana mayor in the 20 November local elections and the only question that appears to remain unanswered is whether he will lose an outright majority in the city council, as he did by a whisker back in 2014.
