Four challengers hoping to end 24 years of Šrot rule in Celje

Ljubljana, 16 November - Celje, the country's fourth largest city, will have five candidates running for mayor in the 20 November elections. Four are aiming to upset the clear favourite, incumbent Bojan Šrot, who has been running the city for 24 years and has only needed one round to secure his last five terms.
