Delo calls for voting in local election

Ljubljana, 15 November - After the April general election, Slovenians elected a new president and are now in for local election. The voting year will be rounded off with a super-referendum day. Local election seems to be overshadowed by all the other votes, as if people were not aware of the powers and responsibilities of the municipalities, Delo says on Tuesday.
