Turnout at local elections at 12% by 11am

Ljubljana, 20 November - Almost 202,000 voters cast their ballots in Slovenia's local elections by 11am on Sunday, for a turnout of 12%, the Public Administration Ministry said. This is significantly below the 15.3% recorded four years ago.
