Mayor Gajšek wins second term in Ptuj

Ptuj, 20 November - Nuška Gajšek, a candidate of the Social Democrats (SD), has secured her second term as mayor of Ptuj, northeast, winning over 64% of the vote. Of her seven challengers, ex-MP Andrej Čuš from the List of Andrej Čuš came second with just over 16%, according to unofficial results after almost all votes was counted.
