Janković wins fifth term as Ljubljana mayor
Ljubljana, 20 November - Zoran Janković has won his fifth term as Ljubljana mayor with 63% of the vote, but appears to have lost an outright majority in the city council, show results after half of the votes were counted in Sunday's elections.
