Celje mayor to face independent Matija Kovač in second round

Celje, 20 November - Incumbent Celje Mayor Bojan Šrot, who has been running Slovenia's fourth largest city for 24 years, has failed to secure enough votes for a victory in the first round in Sunday's vote, preliminary data show. He will face independent Matija Kovač in the second round.
