Success for five mayors serving since establishment of municipalities

Ljubljana, 21 November - Out of the 165 mayors elected in the first round of the local election on Sunday, five have been mayors since Slovenia first held local elections in 1994. One more will be fighting for victory in the run-off scheduled for 4 December. Meanwhile, one lost the election and three decided not to run.
