Večer takes a look at low turnout, successes, fiascos
Ljubljana, 22 November - The third elections this year were marked by a low turnout, at around 47% at national level, the newspaper Večer says on Tuesday, adding that voters abstained especially in large cities, with fewer than 40% turning out in Ljubljana and Maribor and Celje not doing much better.
