Dnevnik says independents are winners of local elections

Ljubljana, 22 November - The newspaper Dnevnik takes issue in Tuesday's commentary with the fact that all established parties seem to have declared themselves winners of the Sunday local election. However, the real winners are independent candidates and local, independent lists, which established parties should think about, the paper says.
