Slovenia welcomes candidate status for Bosnia-Herzegovina

Ljubljana, 15 December - Senior Slovenian officials have welcomed the decision by EU leaders to grant Bosnia-Herzegovina EU candidate country status. "This is just the beginning," President Borut Pahor said. Prime Minister Robert Golob said this was a message to the people of Bosnia-Herzegovina that their future lies in Europe.
