INA getting 27 services stations in Slovenia as MOL's takeover of OMV is completed

Murska Sobota/Koper, 30 June - INA petrol stations, familiar to Slovenians from trips to Croatia, will now become a familiar sight in Slovenia as well. INA and its Hungarian majority owner MOL have agreed that INA will hold a 33% stake in MOL & INA, the new name of the recently acquired OMV Slovenija, and that INA will run 27 of the company's stations in Slovenia.
