New list of Michelin-starred Slovenian restaurants to be revealed
Ljubljana, 19 September - A fresh list of Slovenian dining establishment worthy of Michelin stars in 2023 will be published on Tuesday. Chef Ana Roš of Hiša Franko kept her two stars last year while the number of one-starred restaurants in Slovenia increased from six to nine.
