Lovše loses another appeal over Dnevnik reporting on Mercator sale

Ljubljana, 16 October - The Constitutional Court has rejected an appeal by Tomaž Lovše, the former owner of the Diners franchise in Slovenia, against court decisions turning down his claim for damages against Dnevnik over the newspaper's publishing of wiretaps on the sale of the retailer Mercator. This is a second decision of the top court on the matter.
