Constitution Commission starts changing constitution on judicial appointments

Ljubljana, 2 December - The parliamentary Constitution Commission endorsed in a 12:5 vote on Friday the first section of a bill to change the constitution. The section deals with appointment of judges and changes four articles of the constitution. A two-thirds majority was needed for the endorsement.
