Committee approves 24 November as Krško 2 referendum date

Ljubljana, 2 October - The relevant parliamentary committee approved in a bi-partisan vote on Wednesday the government's proposal that a consultative referendum at which voters will decide whether a new unit at the Krško nuclear power station would be constructed be held on 24 November. The debate revolved around interpretations of the referendum question.
