Delo suspects expired anti-trust procedure merely excuse for cancelled Tuš deal

Ljubljana, 19 November - Delo suggests in Tuesday's front-page commentary that the stalled anti-trust clearance procedure could have just been a handy excuse for Croatian Fortenova's withdrawal from the purchase of Engrotuš through Tuš's rival retailer Mercator. It points to economic trends and to Mercator having had a year to thoroughly inspect Engrotuš's situation.
