Maribor has mixed feelings about ECOC legacy
Maribor, 26 November - Slovenia's first European Capital of Culture (ECOC) Maribor was packed with diverse events in 2012, but there was palpable disappointment because some major infrastructural projects did not materialise. Twelve years on, there are mixed feelings of how well the city capitalised on the title and its legacy.
