Minister But Discusses Final Phase of EU Negotiations in Denmark

Copenhagen, 6 November - During his two-day visit to Denmark, Agriculture Minister Franci But met with chair of the committee for food, agriculture and fishery in the Danish parliament Christian Hansen on Tuesday. The Slovenian minister presented the country's negotiating standpoints in the field of agriculture and pointed to the unsolved issues in the negotiations. The two official agreed that negotiations should be wrapped up soon, whereupon Minister But asked his host to support Slovenia's efforts to join the EU.
