MP Peterle Discusses EU Future with European Commission President

Brussels, 21 November - Opinions on the future makeup of the EU topped the agenda on Thursday as Slovenian MP and member of the EU Convention's presidency Lojze Peterle met President of the European Commission Romano Prodi in Brussels. The two officials agreed that as the enlargement is wrapping up, the future organisation of the enlarged EU is becoming a key issue, Peterle told STA after the meeting.
