Coalition Expects Action, Opposition Adopts Tough Stance to Gov't

Ljubljana, 19 December - The mood among Slovenia's parliamentary parties in the wake of the election of a new Slovenian government is divided along party lines. While the coalition parties were satisfied with the speedy formation of the new cabinet, critical remarks have been heard coming from the opposition. As opposition lawmakers announced, the new government would not be getting the traditional 100 days of peace to get accustomed to its work.
