Slovenia in OSCE Troika, Bulgaria President

Ljubljana, 1 January - Slovenia has become a member of the presiding troika of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), while Bulgaria assumed the one-year presidency of the organisation on 1 January. Taking over the chairmanship of the OSCE's Mediterranean Partners for Cooperation this year, Slovenia is getting ready to assume the OSCE presidency in 2005.
