Brussels, 23 February - The European Union and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) share similar views on conditions in Georgia, Belarus, Moldova and the Balkans, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has said after Monday's half-year meeting of the two organisations in Brussels.
