Potocnik to Be Responsible for Research in Barroso's Lineup

Brussels, 12 August - President of the future European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso has assigned Slovenia's Janez Potocnik to the portfolio of science and research in the new lineup that will assume office in Brussels for a five-year term on 1 November.
