Koprol Says Luxembourg Presidency Proposal "Not the Best One"

Luxembourg, 25 April - Head of the Government Office for European Affairs, Marcel Koprol, has estimated that a proposal of the Luxembourg presidency on the next financial perspective "is not the best one".
