OSCE Chair to Begin Tour of Russia, Molodva and Ukraine

Ljubljana, 16 October - The OSCE chair, Slovenia's FM Dimitrij Rupel is to tour Russia, Moldova and Ukraine from Monday to Wednesday to discuss a number of OSCE-related issues in preparation for the December ministerial meeting in Ljubljana.
