Moscow, 17 October - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman-in-office, met Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov as he began a three-country tour in Moscow on Monday. The talks focused on topical issues ahead of December's OSCE ministerial in Ljubljana.
