OSCE Members Agree Budget Contributions
Vienna, 25 November - The 55 OSCE participating states have agreed the scales of contribution for the organisation's budget. In line with the deal announced on Friday, Russia's contribution will be gradually reduced whereas a number of countries, including the US and some of the smaller, more prosperous states, have agreed to pay a higher share of the budget.
