Gaspari Files Presidential Nomination
Ljubljana, 7 September - Mitja Gaspari, a 55-year old former governor of the Slovenian central bank, filed his nomination for the 21 October presidential election on Friday. Gaspari thus joined MEP Lojze Peterle and National Party (SNS) leader Zmago Jelincic in the race.
