Vecer Ponders on Presidential Race Against Backdrop of Floods

Maribor, 24 September - Vecer comments on Monday on the start of the presidential election campaign, saying among other things that it was somewhat disrupted by the floods disaster which has in turn also become the subject of the campaign.
