Fmr. Speaker Calls for Higher Turnout at Presidential Vote
Ljubljana, 8 November - Speaker of the first Slovenian parliament and one of the authors of the Slovenian Constitution, France Bucar, presented at a Thursday's press conference an appeal calling on Slovenian voters to turn out in force at the Sunday's run-off of the presidential election.
