Ljubljana, 12 November - Letters of congratulations started arriving at the address of Slovenian president-elect Danilo Tuerk on Monday, among others from European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, Austrian President Heinz Fischer, German Chancelor Angela Merkel and the Croatian president and prime minister, Stipe Mesic and Ivo Sanader.
