Provinces Bill into Third Reading Despite Obstruction by Opposition

Ljubljana, 27 March - Coalition parties aided by Italian minority MP Roberto Battelli just managed to secure on Thursday in parliament the quorum needed to render the bill on the devolution of powers from the state onto provinces fit for third reading. The motion is part of a package of laws needed for the creation of provinces.
