Zbogar: Serbia Touchy about Kosovo due to ICJ's Ruling
Brussels, 22 March - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar said in Brussels on Monday that Serbian President Boris Tadic has refused to attend Saturday's conference on the Western Balkans because Serbia was waiting for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague to reach a decision regarding the status of Kosovo.
