Top Court Allows Koper Elections, Forms Ankaran Municipality

Ljubljana, 13 June - The Constitutional Court has allowed local elections in Koper, labelling the law on the late elections in this coastal municipality, scheduled for 10 July 2011, constitutional. In an unprecedented move, it has also formed a municipality of Ankaran, a town within the boundaries of the Koper municipality.
