Ministers Fail to Reach Agreement on Karavanke Stand-Off
Ljubljana, 11 August - Transport Minister Patrick Vlacic and his Austrian counterpart Doris Bures failed to reach an agreement on traffic regime at the border tunnel of Karavanke on Thursday after Austria unilaterally-expanded traffic restrictions for heavy lorries in the tunnel, which angered Slovenian hauliers.
