Slovenia and Austria Reach Deal on Karavanke Lorry Ban

Ljubljana, 19 August - Slovenia and Austria have reached an agreement to end the stand-off at the border tunnel of Karavanke over Austria's unilateral decision to ban traffic for heavy lorries during weekends. Under the deal, Slovenian lorries will be allowed to go through the tunnel in special convoys at night.
