Govt to Take Companies Act Changes to Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 30 November - The government agreed in a correspondence session on Wednesday to request a constitutional review and a freeze of the recently passed changes to the companies act which prevent the shareholders, managers or supervisors of insolvent companies to incorporate new companies or act as supervisors or board members.
