Report: Owners' Interests Not Protected in Mercator Sale

Ljubljana, 10 December - The daily Dnevnik reported on Saturday that the draft takeover agreement between Croatian Agrokor group and the sellers of Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator does not protect the interests of Mercator shareholders, as the sellers are willing to give Agrokor a year to pay up.
