Idrija's UNESCO Listing to Open Many Opportunities, Mayor Says

Idrija, 4 July - The listing of Idrija's mercury mine as a UNESCO World Heritage Site will bring development to the town and open many opportunities, Idrija Mayor Bojan Sever told a press conference in Idrija on Wednesday. The sites from the UNESCO list are annually visited by some 0.6% of all tourists, he noted.
