Ljubljana, 5 December - Finance Minister Janez Šušteršič assured MPs that the 2013 and 2014 budgets will not hamper economic growth despite curbing expenditure to bringing the deficit below 3% of GDP, as he presented the budget bills to parliament on Wednesday.
