Ministry: State to Buy KBC Stake in NLB for EUR 2.77M

Ljubljana, 28 December - The state will buy the 22% stake in Slovenia's largest bank, NLB, from KBC, the Finance Ministry and the Belgian financial group said on Friday. The price per share for the deal has been set at 1 euro, making the transaction worth EUR 2.77m.
