Parliament Enters Fiscal Rule in Constitution

Ljubljana, 24 May - The National Assembly mustered the necessary two-thirds majority on Friday to endorse the introduction of the fiscal rule of zero deficits into the Constitution. MPs voted 78-8 in favour of the rule that will become effective in 2015.
