Retrial Ordered in Merkur Fraud Case

Ljubljana, 17 December - The Supreme Court has ordered a retrial in the case of Bine Kordež, the former CEO of hardware retailer Merkur, who was sentenced to six and a half years in prison for defrauding the company. The ruling comes a month and a half after the same court suspended Kordež's sentence.
